Why we exist

Every property business runs on an invisible back office—the rent chasing, the bookkeeping, the vendor phone tag, the owner reports. It's expensive, it's relentless, and for years the only ways to deal with it were to hire people or do it yourself at night.

Property management software was supposed to fix that. Instead, it mostly digitized the filing cabinet. The work got a tidier home, but you were still the one doing it. We started RentierNow because "faster busywork" isn't the same as less busywork.
